Some of our highlights over the last three decades

1993

Crossier is formed.

1997

Crossier acquire a whole street in Stepney Green including warehouses, totalling 30,000sq ft and acting as our first substantial planning gain site.

1998

Crossier’s position within North West London is established with the acquisition of a 6,000sq ft derelict building in Hampstead which we unlocked, although other long established companies disregarded the opportunity.

1999

Art Deco factory of 50,000 Sq ft acquired in Hackney.

2000

A portfolio of buildings together with a parcel of land, with a potential of a 50,000 sq ft scheme in prime Spitafields.

2001

Crossier acquire a property company that had been established in 1930. This multi-million pound transaction triggers a shift in Crossier’s portfolio cementing our position within the industry.

A former bakery located in West Hampstead with a potential of 50,000 sqft live works scheme. Sold to a local developer from whom the founder bought one of his first properties. A great achievement, where after 11 years of entering the industry selling this asset to a company that has been established decades prior.

2002

Industrial Warehouse in Hackney overlooking the river, a 50,000 sqft mixed use scheme, which was recommended for refusal. However the committee members overturned and granted permission, which we sold to Genesis Housing Association in a bidding war.

A pair of villas acquired in prime Queen’s Park, planning permission obtained for the creation of two houses and six flats, which totaled a 15,000 sq ft.

2003

Former Jet Petrol Station on Southall Broadway in the heart of Little India with potential for 50,000 sq ft of commercial and residential development.

2005

Manor House school, closing due to Ofsted, had been more of a personal goal for Crossier. With strong ties to the founder’s family, Crossier acquired this prime Victorian Villa, Hanwell Village for a 60,000sq ft residential scheme.

2006

Crossier team up with South Kilburn Regeneration Project delivering 300 units with them. This marks the beginning of a long-standing business relationship.

Crossier acquire a portfolio of former Doctor’s clinics, scattered around the borough of Brent from Brent Primary Care Trust, for 80,000 sqft new build residential development.

2007

Crossier acquire a large portfolio of over two hundred residential units scattered across Central and North West London. With a mixture of regulated and assured shorthold tenancies, the deal was agreed at 11am, our lawyers attending the vendor’s offices at 1pm and the deal exchanging at 10pm.

In-house planners and architects are introduced within Crossier.

2008

Hayes, Middlesex purchased a pub with substantial grounds from Admiral Taverns, for a 60,000sqft mixed use scheme.

2009

Five buildings in Regent’s Park, totaling 25,000 sqft, acquired from the Crown Estate.

2011

Planning permission of a detached house, in Brondesbury Park, for the development of 6 houses, totalling 15,000 sq ft. We were granted planning consent on first attempt, following our competitors being refused on two occasions.

2013

Crossier acquire a 13,000sq ft Grade II* listed building in Marylebone, prior to it coming to the market from a leading insurance company. Contracts exchanged within 24 hours of receiving papers.

2014

Having purchased a disused church from the church Commissioners in Kew, one of the top five house builders had failed to gain planning consent at local and national level, Crossier, on the first attempt obtained consent for 20,000 sqft residential scheme.

2015

Crossier complete development of 14,000 sqft residential housing in Kensal Rise, all units sold off plan.

Crossier acquire a 14,000 sq ft pub in Queen’s Park, for a mixed use scheme.

2016

Acquired a portfolio of commercial, industrial & warehouse sites in Bethnal Green, which have been in same ownership since the 1930’s.

Crossier continue to work with the South Kilburn Regeneration Project.
